Wastewater Treatment Plant

The City of Riverside’s Wastewater Treatment Plant was in need of improvements to both the interior and exterior of the building due to interior moisture, failure of ventilation equipment, deteriorated roof, and lack of security.  This project includes the installation of a new roof, new insulated metal wall panels, a new mechanical air handling unit, all new exterior doors and wiring for secured entry system, new interior paint, exterior lighting, and miscellaneous interior clean-up.
