Hall Park Boat Ramp

The City of Riverside’s existing boat ramp, located on the south side of Hall Park along the English River, is a hidden treasure in need of visibility, clean-up, and amenity improvements in order to utilize this site as an attraction for those looking to traverse the river.  A master plan for this south portion of Hall Park is under development, as improvements will be phased over time based on funding and need.  Phase 1 of the boat ramp improvements is currently under design as the City looks to obtain classification of a water trail system in this area.  Phase 1 is intended to clear and grub voluntary and undesired trees and vegetation, improve erosion control and storm water conveyance, provide signage to promote and distinguish this access point, and potentially address the surfacing of the access drive to the ramp itself.
