3rd Street Rehab

Third Street, located just North of downtown, runs through many blocks of residential neighborhoods.  New design of the project incorporates necessary grading, paving, and utility improvements.  Construction is slated to begin in Spring 2022.  The project has been bid out and awarded to Streb Construction of Iowa City.
