In the upcoming days, Road Closed signs and barricades will be moved aside opening up the roads for PHASE 2 portion of the project, which is west of Greene Street. Barricades are to remain in place for PHASE 1 as construction continues. Residents within the project limits of PHASE 1, Greene Street and east, need to refrain from moving the signage and barricades and shall not drive down or park on Third Street. Notification will be provided as construction phasing changes.
