Third Street: Moving Along

The contractors continue to keep making great progress on the Third Street project.

Phase 1 (east of Greene Street): Sidewalks and driveways continue to get paved and all areas backfilled in preparation for seeding. The only retaining wall within Phase 1, at the northwest corner of Rose and Third Street, was previously completed as well.

Phase 2 (west of Greene Street): All sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer have been completed other than the installation of subdrain. The large retaining wall at the northwest corner of Greene and Third Street continues to be installed. Within the next couple of weeks you should see preparation for paving of streets.
