Nearing Completion

Quick update on the 3rd Street construction:

All sidewalks have been finished.

PCI has been completing additional grading the past couple of days, and plan to

continue to work on topsoil for the next two weeks. Should be wrapping up

sometime in early May.

Steven’s will follow to finish seeding/stabilization and at the same time Iowa Plains will

finish signage and striping.

Looking to finish mid-May, with punchlist items getting taken care of concurrently.
